2006-2011

2006, 13 years of age Ryan took to the game of golf joining Houghton-le-spring golf club, reducing his handicap within his first season from 26 to 10. Continuing to improve over the years, Ryan won numerous competitions including Durham County Events.

2012-2015

Ryan aged 19 in 2011 turned professional and went on to study at the PGA headquarters & University of Birmingham. Looking to fulfil his dream of becoming a professional golfer, Along the way Ryan took to coaching during his time studying and realised this is what he really wanted to do.

2015-2018

After completing his Coaching  Qualifications and studying at The University of Birmingham, Ryan Started RLIGOLF coaching At George Washington Golf Club. Over the last three years Ryan has built up a strong reputation within his local area and is a very busy and well thought after coach. Providing many avenues of instruction Ryan has also built up a strong following online on all social media platforms including youtube.

2018

2018 is a big year for RLIGOLF taking on a new coach to help with the busy coaching intake, Ryan and his team will be providing podcasts, instructional youtube videos, monthly master class's. He is also currently studying his advanced level coaching certificates to continue to provide his pupils with the most accurate swing improvements.

2018-Present

After a remarkable 2018, Ryan plans on expanding on his success into 2019 with a new website, new coaching plans and new goals for his own game. Looking to qualify in 2019 for the European tour, Ryan is set to take you on the journey to break the level!
